Preventive Maintenance

Thank you for your interest in Kennedy Engine Company and our cost effective preventive maintenance program. Our program is based on our proven abilities to properly maintain your equipment and diagnose potential problems before they occur. Our program assures that your emergency stand-by equipment will be available when you need it the most.

With Kennedy Engine Company’s preventive maintenance program, a checklist is used to verify each item inspected or serviced, so no systems or components are overlooked or forgotten. After each service call, a copy of the Maintenance Service Report is given to the customer, listing all parts used and repairs made along with any suggested or necessary repairs that need to be made. All service work will be scheduled in advance and you will be billed only after the work has been completed.

In the event you have an emergency situation and need a technician immediately, one can be sent to your facility. A technician is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to bring your emergency equipment back to an operational condition. As an added service to you, a component list of your equipment will be retained in our electronic data base, so that in the event of an emergency service call, the proper replacement parts can be brought to your facility, expediting repairs and reducing costly return trips.

The following are some of the services provided in our annual preventive maintenance program. Service/maintenance trips will be performed as scheduled and will include, at a minimum, one complete annual service and inspection.
